Below are some services that I actively use for a free vps and a rdp and a private disposable vps.

Skysilk.com (needs CC, no confirmation payment though) —> right now, all their vpses are free (oses include most Linux versions as well as pre setup ones for Wordpress/openvpn server/etc.). You can get two vpses with 8 gb of ram each, 8 cores each, and a 200 gb SSD each. If you want more vpses, you can simply request for another one and make up some reason why. Their customer support is amazing. Make sure to read their ToS in order to not get banned.
Sadd.io —> free windows 7 or kali Linux vps for 15 minutes. No signup or details needed. The window might take a little amount of time to load, give it a while and you’ll soon have full access to a free vps (for about 15 minutes though. Everything is completely anonymous. The desktops are all routed through tor also (you can do whatever you want).
